Load Book privacy policy
Effective November 7, 2026. Questions: support@kallanderlabs.com
What Load Book keeps
- Your email address, to sign you in with a one-time code, and your name if you or a bench owner add it.
- What you enter: rifles, components and stock, loads and ladders, boxes and lot numbers, range trips, chronograph speeds, dope card settings, and load data you bring in.
- Photos you add: target photos for marking groups, and pages you photograph for Read pages.
- A record of who last changed something on a shared bench, and when.
Load Book has no ads, no tracking or analytics, and never sells or rents your information.
Who sees it
- People on your bench. A bench is a group you choose to share with. Everyone on it sees its rifles, loads, boxes, range trips and target photos. Nobody else does.
- Load data you bring in is yours alone. The shared library of Barnes and Nosler published data is the same for everyone and contains nothing about you.
- Claude (Anthropic), only when you use Read pages and have allowed it: the photos and PDFs you pick are sent to Anthropic's Claude to read the load data tables. Nothing else from Load Book goes with them. Hodgdon PDFs are read on your device and never sent. You can withdraw this in Settings. Anthropic's privacy policy.
Where it's kept
- Supabase (database, sign-in and photo storage, United States).
- Cloudflare (hosting the app and the server that passes Read pages photos to Claude).
- Resend (sending the sign-in code email).
- Your device keeps a copy so Load Book works with no signal. Signing out removes it.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete my account removes everything you added (including photos and your load data), takes you off your benches, and deletes your sign-in. A bench you own with other people on it passes to the member who joined first. Copies in our providers' backups clear on their normal schedule.
Children
Load Book is for adults who reload ammunition and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the app will say so before the change applies.
